One huge benefit of Prowess' OBM University is that upon graduation, you have access to OBM clients via our job pool. That said, we can not guarantee that you will get a client through us. There are lots of factors that go into making sure it's a right fit for all - timing, availability, background, work-style compatibility, and many more. That said, you should be able to utilize our OBM Business Starter Kit and tools in the demand generation principles learned in the program to generate clients for yourself :)

The work you do in Prowess' OBM University is the work that you’d need to do to train to become and start your OBM business. There isn’t “extra work” to distract or send you down rabbit holes. All activities are designed to build on each other and give you a step-by-step plan. There will be 1 hour of coaching calls a month.

Leah and Ashley have been paired as visionary and integrator for over 6 years. Together, they saw the need for Online Business Managers in market and have validated this need with 1000s of entrepreneurs. Leah is sharing the content, templates, tutorials, tools, etc that she uses as a COO so that you can exceed the expectations of any OBM clients that you take on. If you follow our program consistency by submitting your progress weekly and agree to our first client terms, you may stay in the Prowess OBM University program beyond the 6 months and until you secure your first client. 

See the requirements here (all are laid out in your terms & conditions that must be agreed upon joining OBM University).  Qualifications for the guarantee: 

- You will complete the OBM University coursework & pass the assessment within 6 weeks of enrollment into the program

- You will attend the Monthly OBM live calls

- You will complete your OBM Roadmap session within 4 weeks of starting the OBM University

- You will submit an updated resume tailored to your OBM skills

- You will complete the Prowess Profile within 1 week of completing the OBM University final assessment

- You will complete the weekly milestones in the Business Starter Kit to set your OBM business up for success

- You will complete the weekly outreach reports

- You accept that the starting OBM rate for Prowess placements is $40/hr (your rate could be more)

If all the above is followed, and you are unable to find work, you can stay in the OBM University program for free until your first placement that falls within the OBM guidelines is achieved.
